Melt continue their Berlin inspired nights…After Tama Sumo and Nick Hoppner sent spirits soaring at the last Melt, it seems that they want to continue showcasing some of Berlin’s finest underground DJ talent and building on their ever growing connection with Ostgut-Ton.
After a guest vocal performance on Steffi’s 2011 breakout album ‘Yours and Mine’, and over a decade spent both producing music and DJing across the globe at legendary clubs such as Cocoon in Frankfurt, Virginia is finally returning to London to show just what she can do on the turntables. Anyone lucky enough to witness her set at Fabric in December knows that Melt is in for something a bit special.
Supporting the Ostgut-Ton stalwart on the night and playing live, Melt are also delighted to announce an exclusive debut London performance from Zadig. Melt seem to always on the lookout for up and coming tech-house talent and in Zadig, their 6th event will be graced with just that. A big fixture of the Paris scene already, and with dates supporting the likes of techno uber-lord Jeff Mills, the French Re Form label Boss can’t wait to showcase his skills in the UK capital for the first time. Zadig will most likely be introducing the audience to some of his own productions on KH recordings and Technasia, which have been known to spin the decks at the hands of Kenny Larkin.
