Ranacat: Argentinian Band to Underground London DJ

From hip-hop funk rock influences to the sounds of London’s underground…

From Rosario, Argentina he started his music career as the lead singer of the band Reyno Babylon, with whom he chased the dream at the tender age of 20. Reyno Babylon went on to release an album which brung them into the limelight with one of their videos even getting played on MTV. Following their second album Ranacat decided it was time to take on some new experiences and he relocated to London, where his interest for electronic music spawned. It was there that he started DJing and promoting parties 10 years ago, where he played and such events as Word of Mouth, Toi Toi and Exstatic Sound.
